Do the cases work with magnetic chargers and wallets?

Yes. Every KAROVEL case has a full N52 magnet ring built in under the weave, centred so magnetic chargers, wallets and mounts snap on square and hold.

What is aramid fibre, and why use it?

Aramid fibre is a high-strength synthetic fibre used where strength-to-weight matters. Woven at 600D or 1500D, it gives grip and real impact resistance at about 25 grams — protection without the bulk of a rubber case.

Which phones do KAROVEL cases fit?

iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone Duo (the foldable), Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max cases also fit the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max: the bodies are the same size. Each product page lists the exact models that weave is cut for.

How much is delivery, and how fast?

Delivery is free across the UAE on every order. Orders dispatch from Dubai within 1 to 3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

The UAE is our home market. International shipping is available on request — email hello@karovel.com with your country and we will send a quote.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? Return any unused case in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Email hello@karovel.com to start a return.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — one year from delivery against manufacturing defects: weave delamination, magnet failure, a cracked or split frame, and buttons that stop working in normal use. If it is a defect we send a free replacement anywhere in the UAE.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Card, Apple Pay and Tabby, all handled on Stripe’s encrypted checkout page. KAROVEL never sees or stores your full card details.

How slim and protective are the cases?

About 25 grams and slim, with raised camera and screen lips and shock-absorbing TPU corners.
